Katelyn Harold | Private Voice Teacher & Theatre Mentor
Welcome to Coachings with Katelyn!
Katelyn Harold is a Private Voice Teacher and Theatre Mentor based in NYC and Long Island, and the founder of Coachings with Katelyn, a training studio dedicated to supporting performers at every stage of their artistic journey. Her work spans private voice instruction, theatre mentorship, audition strategy, and creative career development, including specialized guidance in areas such as college prescreen preparation and web building for creatives.
Katelyn is a Certified Voice Teacher, having completed the 50-Hour Voice Teacher Training & Certification Program through New York Vocal Coaching. She has been invited to lead masterclasses in audition technique and digital presence for performers at Molloy University and the Long Island High School for the Arts, where she is passionate about equipping the next generation of artists with both the technical skills and strategic insight necessary to navigate today’s industry.
As a multifaceted performer, she has appeared at regional theatres nationwide including the John W. Engeman Theater and Post Playhouse, performed at renowned New York City venues such as 54 Below, The Green Room 42, and City Winery, and works across voiceover, commercial, and print mediums. Her performance experience includes leading roles, covering multiple tracks as a swing, and stepping into roles on short notice—experiences that have shaped her adaptability, professionalism, and deep understanding of the demands of the industry.
These combined experiences directly inform her teaching philosophy. Katelyn is committed to providing high-quality, accessible arts education that empowers performers not only to refine their craft, but to approach their careers with clarity, confidence, and intention.
Recognizing that access to consistent, high-level training is not always readily available, Katelyn founded Coachings with Katelyn to bridge that gap.
Her mission is to create equitable, supportive, and forward-thinking training opportunities for artists of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.
